Text :	Windstone Health Services is currently seeking candidates to conduct telephonic screenings with our senior members as part of an overall health and wellness program. Employees will assess the clinical and social status of patients; assist in the detection of at-risk for behavioral health related conditions. LVN/LPT preferred but not required. F/T position. * Candidate should have 1 to 3 years experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified above. * Healthcare, behavioral health, social work or gerontology experience is a plus. * Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Bilingual a plus! * Computer skills are required for both clinical and clerical programs. * Must be able to make quick and accurate clinical assessments of mental and behavioral conditions. * Must be able to exercise balanced judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions, and to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent and equitable manner. * Must possess strong customer service skills; detail oriented; possses excellent oral and written communication skills.
