| Text : | Headway Corporate Resources seeking professional individuals for exciting opportunity with organization that values diversity and employee recognition in the workplace! We want YOU for this great position located in the Denver/Greeley, Colorado area! The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects defined by Platform Management involving teams focused on successful and efficient implementations. Essential Functions 1.Develops, leads, and maintains effective team and interpersonal relationships across a broad range of people and groups. 2. Proactively directs, facilitates, supports and ensures accountability of all implementation activities required for each deployment across departments. 3. Prioritizes, identifies issues, and develops solutions across all functional areas impacted by the deployment of the implementation. 4. Balances competing priorities and is able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Creates and maintains comprehensive project plans in Microsoft Project software to support specific operational initiatives. 6. Establishes and maintains clearly defined department and individual goals. 7. Provides continual communication and coordination of functional activities to appropriate departments to ensure effective client expectations are met and exceeded. 8. Prepares and delivers project status reports and Gantt charts. Presents updates to senior management. 9. Demonstrates leadership abilities with business units, using appropriate influencing and consensus building skills and managing expectations. Drives process and deliverables. 10. Executes project work plan against budget. 11. Consistently tracks and communicates changes and direction on project plans. 12. Resolves issues to prevent organizational barriers. 13. Responsible for understanding site operations and prioritizing numerous simultaneous projects for completion. 14. Where applicable, manages new site and new client implementations in order to ensure success and efficiency. 15. Facilitates feedback and suggestions for operational improvements and incorporates recommendations as appropriate. 16. Acts as transition agent for new site director and other site operations management. Job Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail. 2. Aptitude to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization, including presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, senior management and clients. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Strong analytical, influencing and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to identify and properly handle complex issues requiring a high level of expertise in making decisions. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. 8. Ability to manage, lead, coach and develop a cross functional project team as it pertains to project implementation issues. 9. Skill to understand “big picture” concepts while nurturing/developing a team environment. 10. Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority. 11. Sound operational knowledge of computers and software applications including MS Project and workflow software such as, Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point. 12. Solid knowledge of project management. 13. Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documentation, financial reports or legal documents as well as write reports and business correspondence. 14. Exceptional ability to gather and organize functional and technical requirements. 15. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially by exercising tact and maturity in sensitive situations. 16. Ability to develop and execute multiple project plans simultaneously. 17. Expert skill in establishing, building and maintaining effective working relationships. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university with a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
